UPS Ground Shipping

All items that are non-LTL/Truck Freight items will be shipped via UPS Ground. Shipping Rates vary based on the weight and dimensions of the item.

Truck Freight Shipping
Oversized items that can not be shipped via UPS Ground will be shipped via LTL/Truck Freight at a flat rate per item.

Returning An Item

This site is operated and maintained by TruckGear By LINE-X.    

If you are not pleased with your purchase, simply return it for a full refund. To return an item, please contact us at 844-300-3250 or send us an email and request a return authorization number. When you do so, please have your order number to help expedite the process of your return.

Most merchandise can be returned within 30 days in unused, like-new, 100% saleable condition and in the original manufacturer's packaging. All damage and shortage claims should be made within 30 days of delivery. If damaged upon arrival, you have the right to refuse the order. Please contact us to report damages and obtain a return authorization number.

Please Note: Once your return has been processed, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 7 -14 business days of receiving the returned item at our warehouse.


 
How to use SHIP TO STORE
 
 
When you make a purchase with Truck Gear, you're given two options for shipping: SHIP TO STORE and SHIP TO HOME. After you fill in some basic contact information, you'll be given a prompt to either SHIP TO HOME (where shipping charges may apply) or SHIP TO STORE (any LINE-X Location in North America) for free. Select the SHIP TO STORE option and your Billing Address zip code will automatically be entered. If not (or you would prefer to pick up your product elsewhere), you'll be prompted to enter the zip code of your desired pickup location. Select a range option (20 Miles, 50 Miles, 100 Miles, or 150 Miles), and hit SEARCH.
 
 
If there is a LINE-X location near you, the LINE-X locations and their addresses will be loaded into the map. Choose your pickup location by clicking on a map marker or by selecting the address from the dropdown menu underneath the map. Once you are satisfied with a LINE-X location, click the CONTINUE button below and proceed with checkout. Once the checkout is complete, you'll recieve a confirmation email that confirms your purchase and your selected LINE-X location. Once the LINE-X location has recieved your product(s), you will be contacted for pickup.
